Context

Retail marketing services group. Mandate for AI and digital transformation, 80M€ plan covering AI strategy, governance, tech stack, data platform, and organisational change across all international BUs.

Outcome

Group-level Transformation steering committee + multi-year roadmap. 30% of digital spend reallocated to transformation. SaaS spin-off into standalone BU (marketplace model), graphic production platform with interchangeable AI photo/video modules targeting 500M€ revenue. Best-of-breed stack (Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, Informatica, GCP, Qlik) deployed across 70+ BUs. 80M€ programme delivered.

Context

Post-merger integration of 5 entities. 3-year roadmap on Salesforce + GCP. Team of 80+, reporting to CEO.

Outcome

Complete redesign of the product portfolio and organizations driving 20% cost reduction. AI/ML designed on KYC/KYS compliance workflows (energy subsidy approval), ML lead scoring integrating building-level Open Data, marketplace scaled to 2M+ clients and 250k qualified leads. 50% of architecture rationalized, 25% of IT budget freed and reinvested, time-to-market improved by 30%.

Built AI, tech, data and product foundations to scale from start-up to global enterprise. Team of 80+ across 12 offices. M&A with Accor 150M$ and PMI with LesConcierges 20M$.

Outcome

Unified data hub aggregating all interaction channels (voice, email, chat, CRM) generating AI-driven client profiles and intelligent routing across 12 loyalty programs (Salesforce Service Cloud, Nabla partnership). Omnichannel AI platform on PCI-compliant AWS multi-region (China, Europe, North America). ML campaigns segmented by profile/geo/behaviour (+25% revenue). Revenue scaled from 10 to 50M€.
