Then follow five Comex mandates delivered at PE-backed mid-caps. Chief Transformation Officer at Altavia, Group CDO at Effy, Global CDO at John Paul (Accor Group), CTPO at Weekendesk. More recently, Head of Strategic Initiatives at Deliveroo France in an acquisition context (DoorDash).

The thread: translating AI, automation and data into measurable operational value. AI governance framework deployed across 40+ countries and 70+ BUs at Altavia. AI/ML as core lever in the 800M€ turnaround at Effy. Omnichannel AI platform scaled to 3M+ customers at John Paul.
